John 12

Johnie Twelve- John 12

1.Six days before the Passover, Jesus arrived at Bethany, where Lazarus lived, whom Jesus had raised from the dead.
Days sita kabla tu passover, JC alifika Bethany, place lazarus alikuwaga akipolea, yule chali JC alirausha from the dead.

2.Here a dinner was given in Jesus' honor. Martha served, while Lazarus was among those reclining at the table with him.
Kulikuwa na ka dinner like this imethroiwa ju ya Kumdunga JC respect.

3.Then Mary took about a pint of pure nard, an expensive perfume; she poured it on Jesus' feet and wiped his feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.

4.But one of his disciples, Judas Iscariot, who was later to betray him, objected,

5."Why wasn't this perfume sold and the money given to the poor? It was worth a year's wages."
"Niaje, mbonahii perfume haikuuzwa na doh zigeianwe kwa wase msoto? Ilikuwa ka mshahara ya mwaka muzima."

6.He did not say this because he cared about the poor but because he was a thief; as keeper of the money bag, he used to help himself to what was put into it.

7."Leave her alone," Jesus replied. " It was intended that she should save this perfume for the day of my burial.
"Wachana na ye akae, JC akamshow. "Ilikuwa imepangwa that dem angesave hii marashi for ile siku ya my burial.

8.You will always have the poor among you, but you will not always have me."
Kila time mutakuwaga na wadhi wamesota kati yenu, lakini hamtakuwa na mimi kila time.

9.Meanwhile a large crowd of Jews found out that Jesus was there and came, not only because of him but also to see Lazarus, whom he had raised from the dead.
Katika ile hali rendemassiveyawayahudi ikagundua ati JC alikuwa hapo so wakakam, sio tu ati ju yake lakini walitaka kucheki live live Lazarus, mwenye alikuwa ameraushwa from death.

10.So the chief priests made plans to kill Lazarus as well,

11.for on account of him many of the Jews were going over to Jesus and putting their faith in him.
Ju saabu yake tu, wase wengijews walikuwa wakiishia kwa JC na kuplace imani yao in him.

12.The next day the great crowd that had come for the Feast heard that Jesus was on his way to Jerusalem.
Ile siku next rende bwaku yenye ilikuwa imekam kwa sbababu ya pare ikaskia ati JCalikuwa njiani kukam Jerusa.

13.They took palm branches and went out to meet him, shouting,"Hosanna!"
"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!" "Blessed is the King of Israel!"

14.Jesus found a young donkey and sat upon it, as it is written,
JC akapata punda moja hapo kijanaa, yani yankee akapolea ju yake, vile tu imeandikwa,

15."Do not be afraid, O Daughter of Zion; see, your king is coming, seated on a donkey's colt."
"Usiogope, wewe dotee wa Zion; cheki, king wako anakam, amepoa juu ya mjunior wa punda."

16.At first his disciples did not understand all this. Only after Jesus was glorified did they realize that these things had been written about him and that they had done these things to him.
Kwanza kabisa wafuasi wake hawakushika rada kuhusu stori yote. Lakini after JC apate glory yake njo walianza kumesea vile hizi prophesy zilikuwa zinaendelea zenye zilichorwa kumhusu.

17.Now the crowd that was with him when he called Lazarus from the tomb and raised him from the dead continued to spread the word.
Sa ile group ya wale wadhi wengi wenye walikuwa nayeye vile aliita Lazaro toka kwa grave na kumrausha toka the dead wakazidi kusambaza ile word.

18.Many people, because they had heard that he had given this miraculous sign, went out to meet him.
Wadhi kibao, ju walimesea chenye alikuwa ame do ishara ingine miraculous, wakaishia out kumcheki.

19.So the Pharisees said to one another, "See, this is getting us nowhere. Look how the whole world has gone after him!"
LKisha wale mafarisayo wakashoiana, "Cheki, hii mpango haitupeleki anywhere. Si unaona vile world yote iemfuata bumper!"

20.Now there were some Greeks among those who went up to worship at the Feast.

21.They came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida in Galilee, with a request. "Sir," they said, "we would like to see Jesus."
"Boss," wakadai, "tungependa kucheki Jesus."

22.Philip went to tell Andrew; Andrew and Philip in turn told Jesus.
Philo akaishia kushow Andrew; Andrew na Philo wakashow JC.

23.Jesus replied, "The hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified.

24.I tell you the truth, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds.
Nawashow ukweli, kabla mbegu ya ngano haijadunda kwa grao idedi, inabakigi tu mbegu moja. Lakini ikidedi, ina zaa mbegu most.

25.The man who loves his life will lose it, while the man who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life.
Yule jamaa analovemaisha yake atailostisha, ilhali yule jamaa mwenye anahate life yake kwa hii world atakaa na yo hadi aingie life ya milele.

26.Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves me.
Mbuyuz wangu ataheshimu yule jamaa mwenye ameniserve.

27."Now my heart is troubled, and what shall I say? 'Father, save me from this hour'? No, it was for this very reason I came to this hour.
"sa heart yangu iko na mashida, nitasema what? 'Fadhe niokolee from hi hour'? Zi, ju ilikuwa for this reason exactly njo nilikam kufika this hour.

28.Father, glorify your name!" Then a voice came from heaven, "I have glorified it, and will glorify it again."
Fadhe, glorify jinayako!" Kisha sauti ikakam toka heaven,"Nishaiglorify,na nitaiglorify tena."

29.The crowd that was there and heard it said it had thundered; others said an angel had spoken to him.
Rende yenye ilikuwa hapo na kuskia iyo sauti inasema sauti ilikuwa ka mngurumo; wengine walidai angel alikuwa amebongana yeye.

30.Jesus said, "This voice was for your benefit, not mine.
JC akamshow niaje, "Hii voice ilikuwa ju ya benefit yenu, sio yangu.

31.Now is the time for judgment on this world; now the prince of this world will be driven out.
Sasa njo ile time ya judgement ndani ya world; sa yule prince wa hii world atachujwa nje na force.

32.But I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to myself."
Lakini mi nikishaa inuliwa from earth, nitawavutia wasee wotekwangu."

33.He said this to show the kind of death he was going to die.

34.The crowd spoke up, "We have heard from the Law that the Christ will remain forever, so how can you say, 'The Son of Man must be lifted up'? Who is this 'Son of Man'?"
Rende ya wadhii ikazungumza, "umeskia toka kwa law ati kristo atabakia forever, no niaje unasema ati, 'Mtoi son wa adam lazima ainuliwe juu'? Huyu mtoi 'son wa adam' ni nani'?"

35.Then Jesus told them, "You are going to have the light just a little while longer. Walk while you have the light, before darkness overtakes you. The man who walks in the dark does not know where he is going.
Kisha JC akawashow, "Mtakuwa nalight just kidogo tu zaidi.Tembea kabado una taa, kabla giza haijaku overtake. Yule jamaa anatembea kwa giza hajui ni wapi anaishia.

36.Put your trust in the light while you have it, so that you may become sons of light." When he had finished speaking, Jesus left and hid himself from them.
Wekeni trust yenu ndani ya light ile time bado mko nayo, njoa mkuwe watoi sons wa mwangaza." Vile alimada kuongea, JC akaishia akajificha from them.

37.Even after Jesus had done all these miraculous signs in their presence, they still would not believe in him.
Hata after Jesus ado hizi ishara zote miraculous mbele yao, bado walishindwa kum believe.

38.This was to fulfill the word of Isaiah the prophet: "Lord, who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?"

39.For this reason they could not believe, because, as Isaiah says elsewhere:
Ju ya hii reason walishindwa kuamini, ju, ka tu vile Izzo alidai place ingine:

40."He has blinded their eyes and deadened their hearts, so they can neither see with their eyes, nor understand with their hearts, nor turn—and I would heal them."
"Ameshawa blind macho zao na kudedisha heart zao, hadi hawacheki na macho zao na hawanyiti na heart zao, waturn- njo niwaponye."

41.Isaiah said this because he saw Jesus' glory and spoke about him.

42.Yet at the same time many even among the leaders believed in him. But because of the Pharisees they would not confess their faith for fear they would be put out of the synagogue;
Yet iyo time wengi kati yao wenye walikuwa maleaders bado walimwamini. Lakini ju ya mafarisayo hawangeconfess faith yao ju ya kuingiza njeve ati wangechujwa nje ya synagogue;

43.for they loved praise from men more than praise from God.
ju walipenda sifa kutoka kwa wasee more than sifa toka kwa sir Godi.

44.Then Jesus cried out, "When a man believes in me, he does not believe in me only, but in the one who sent me.
Kisha JC akacry out, "Mse mwenye ananiamini, haniamini mi pekee, pia ameamini in yule mwenye alinituma.

45.When he looks at me, he sees the one who sent me.
Mwenye ananicheki, anacheki yule mwenye alinituma.

46.I have come into the world as a light, so that no one who believes in me should stay in darkness.
Nimekam kwa world ka taa, njo kila mse mwenye ananiamini asibaki gizani.

47."As for the person who hears my words but does not keep them, I do not judge him. For I did not come to judge the world, but to save it.
"Sa kwa yule jamaa mwenyeanaskia words zangu na kukosa kuzikeep, simjudge. Ju sikukam ku judge dunia lakini kuisave.

48.There is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words; that very word which I spoke will condemn him at the last day.
Kuna judge wa wale wasee wanani kwara na kukataa ma words zangu;ile word yenyewe yenye nimebonga njo itawa hukumu siku ya mwisho.

49.For I did not speak of my own accord, but the Father who sent me commanded me what to say and how to say it.
Ju sikubonga kwa my own decision, lakin fadhe mwenye alinituma aliniamrisha chenye nitabonga na vile nitabonga.

50.I know that his command leads to eternal life. So whatever I say is just what the Father has told me to say."
Namesea hii command inalead to eternal life.

John 11

Johnie Kinde na moja -John 11

1.Now a certain man was sick, Lazarus of Bethany, the town of Mary and her sister Martha.

2.It was that Mary who anointed the Lord with fragrant oil and wiped His feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick.

3.Therefore the sisters sent to Him, saying, "Lord, behold, he whom You love is sick."
So wale masiz wake wakatumana kwake kumshow is how. "bwana mdosi, yule jamaa we hupenda sana ako sick."

4.When Jesus heard that, He said, "This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God may be glorified through it."
Vile JC aliskia ivo, akabonga akasema, "Hii ugonjwa by the way sio ati hadi adie, lakini ni ju ya glory ya sir Godi njo mtoi chali wa sir Godi awe glorified kuipitia."

5.Now Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus.

6.So, when He heard that he was sick, He stayed two more days in the place where He was.
So vile aliskia ati Lazarus alikuwa msick, akauma vako place alikuwa siku ka mbili zaidi kwanza.

7.Then after this He said to the disciples, "Let us go to Judea again."
Kisha bahadayez, after this akashow wafuasi niaje, "Tuishieni Judea tena."

8.The disciples said to Him, "Rabbi, lately the Jews sought to stone You, and are You going there again?"
Wafuasi wadai Joh! "Rabbi, juzi juzi tu wayahudi walikusaka njo wakuwai mawe, ati alafu unadai kurudi huko tena?"

9.Jesus answered, "Are there not twelve hours in the day? If anyone walks in the day, he does not stumble, because he sees the light of this world.
Ka mse atatembea mchana mchana, hawezi tegwa, ju anacheki akitumia lightya hii world.

10."But if one walks in the night, he stumbles, because the light is not in him."
"Lakini ngoja mse atembee gizani, atategwa hadi ashangae, ju hana light na yeye."

11.These things He said, and after that He said to them, "Our friend Lazarus sleeps, but I go that I may wake him up."
Hizi vitu alibonga, na baada ya hapo akawashow niaje, "Beshte wetu Lazarus amedoze meja, lakini ninaishia kwake njo at least nimshtue arauke."

12.Then His disciples said, "Lord, if he sleeps he will get well."
Kisha wafuasi wakamshow, "Bwana mdosi ka amedoze ataget poa."

13.However, Jesus spoke of his death, but they thought that He was speaking about taking rest in sleep.

14.Then Jesus said to them plainly, "Lazarus is dead.
Kisha JC akamshow vi direct tu ati niaje, "Lazarus ame kick.

15."And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, that you may believe. Nevertheless let us go to him."
"Na niko glad ju tu yenu coz sikuwa hapo, njo muamini. Lakini haidhuru, wacha tukamcheki."

16.Then Thomas, who is called the Twin, said to his fellow disciples, "Let us also go, that we may die with Him."
Kisha Tomi, mwenye AKA the twin, akashow disciples wake niaje, "Wacha tuishie pamoja naye pia, njo tudedi na yeye."

17.So when Jesus came, He found that he had already been in the tomb four days.
Kisha vile JC alitokezea pale, alipata Lazaro alikuwa amestay ndani ya grave day ka nne.

18.Now Bethany was near Jerusalem, about two miles away.

19.And many of the Jews had joined the women around Martha and Mary, to comfort them concerning their brother.
Na wayahudi wengi walikuwa wamesha join wale mamathee around Martha na Merii, kuwaliwaza kuhusu bro wao.

20.Then Martha, as soon as she heard that Jesus was coming, went and met Him, but Mary was sitting in the house.
Sa Martha, vile tu aliskia ati Jesus alikuwa anakam, akaishia kumcheki, lakini Merii alikuwa amepolea ndani ya mbanyu.

21.Then Martha said to Jesus, "Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died.
So Martha akashow Jesus,Bwana mdosi, ka tu ungekuwa hapa, bro wa mine hangewai dedi.

22."But even now I know that whatever You ask of God, God will give You."
Lakini hata sasa najua that chochote utaulizia sir Godi, sir Godi atakugei."
23.Jesus said to her, "Your brother will rise again."
Jesus akabongana yeye, "Bro wako atarauka tena."

24.Martha said to Him, "I know that he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day."
Martha akamshow, "Namesea that atarise tena ile siku ya kiama vile wadhi wata resurrect."

25.Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.
JC akashow madam, "Mi njo kurauka from kifo na mi njo life.Mwenye ananiamini, hata ka maybe atadedi, bado lazima ataishi.

26."And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?"
"Na yule mwenye ataishi na kuniamini hatawai kick. Munaamini hiyo yote?"

27.She said to Him, "Yes, Lord, I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, who is to come into the world."
Kisha dem akamshow, "Ndio, bwana mdosi, Naamini we njo kristo, yule mtoi wa Sir Godi mwenye alifaa kuja ndani ya world."

28.And when she had said these things, she went her way and secretly called Mary her sister, saying, "The Teacher has come and is calling for you."
Sa vile alimada kusema hizi vitu zote, dem akaishia njia zake kumcall Merii ki siri siri, akimshow niaje, "Odijo asha fika na amnakuulizia ukamcheki."

29.As soon as she heard that, she arose quickly and came to Him.

30.Now Jesus had not yet come into the town, but was in the place where Martha met Him.
Sa JC alikuwa bado hata hajafika ndani ya tao, lakini alikuwa ile place yenye Martha alikuwa amempata.

31.Then the Jews who were with her in the house, and comforting her, when they saw that Mary rose up quickly and went out, followed her, saying, "She is going to the tomb to weep there."
Wale wayahudi walikuwaga na yeye kwa mbanyu, wakimliwaza, vile walicheki Mary amechomoka haraka upesi nje, wakamfollow wakisay, "Ameishia hadi kwa grave kulilia hapo."

32.Then, when Mary came where Jesus was, and saw Him, she fell down at His feet, saying to Him, "Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died."

33.Therefore, when Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who came with her weeping, He groaned in the spirit and was troubled.

34.And He said, "Where have you laid him?" They said to Him, "Lord, come and see."
Akawashow, "Mmelaza place gani?" Wakamshow, "Bwanamdosi, kam tu ucheki."

35.Jesus wept.
Jesus akaangua kilio.
Bold
36.Then the Jews said, "See how He loved him!"
Wale wayahudi wakdai, "Haiya, cheki vile alimpenda!"

37.And some of them said, "Could not this Man, who opened the eyes of the blind, also have kept this man from dying?"
Kisha wasee kadhaa kati yao wakadai, "Huyu jamaa kwani, mse mwenye alifunguamacho za vipofu, hangeprevent huyumsee from kukick?"

38.Then Jesus, again groaning in Himself, came to the tomb. It was a cave, and a stone lay against it.
Kisha JC, tena akilia in his heart, akafikia grave. Ilikuwa ki cave ivi, na jiwe bwaku ilikuwa imelazwa against it.

39.Jesus said, "Take away the stone." Martha, the sister of him who was dead, said to Him, "Lord, by this time there is a stench, for he has been dead four days."
JC akasema, "Toeni jiwe." Martha, siz wa Lazaro mwenye alikuwa amekick, akateta kwake, "Bwana mdosi, time ka saa hii kuna smell ingine muhadhara, ju amekick siku nne sasa."

40.Jesus said to her, "Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?"
JC akamshow, "Si nilikushow that ka utaamini utacheki glory ya sir Godi?"

41.Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead man was lying. And Jesus lifted up His eyes and said, "Father, I thank You that You have heard Me.
Kisha wakakwachu away ile stone toka ile place yule jamaa dead alikuwa amelazwa.

42."And I know that You always hear Me, but because of the people who are standing by I said this, that they may believe that You sent Me."
"Sa namesea that wewe huniskia kila time, lakini ju ya wadhii wenye wamusimama hapa nimedai hivi, njo waweze kubelive that ulinituma.

43.Now when He had said these things, He cried with a loud voice, "Lazarus, come forth!"
Sa vile alisema hizi vitu zote, akalia in a loud voice, "Lazarus, tokezea hapa!"

44.And he who had died came out bound hand and foot with graveclothes, and his face was wrapped with a cloth. Jesus said to them, "Loose him, and let him go."

45.Then many of the Jews who had come to Mary, and had seen the things Jesus did, believed in Him.
Kisha wengi wa wale wayahudi walikuwa wamekam kwa Merii, na wakacheki zile vitu zote JC alikuwa amedo wakabelieve in him.

46.But some of them went away to the Pharisees and told them the things Jesus did.

47.Then the chief priests and the Pharisees gathered a council and said, "What shall we do? For this Man works many signs.

48."If we let Him alone like this, everyone will believe in Him, and the Romans will come and take away both our place and nation."
"Ka tukiachana na yeye ivi, kila mse ata belive yeye, alafu ma-Romans wakam watunyanganye placeyetu na country yetu.

49.And one of them, Caiaphas, being high priest that year, said to them, "You know nothing at all,
So mmoja wao, Caiaphas, ju alikuwa priest mdosi kabisa hiyo mwaka, akawashow,"Hamjui any kabisa,

50."nor do you consider that it is expedient for us that one man should die for the people, and not that the whole nation should perish."
"Na ha hata hamjaconsider kuwa ni clever kwetu kama mse mmoja anaweza dedi ju ya wale wengine, na sio ati country nzima idedi."

51.Now this he did not say on his own authority; but being high priest that year he prophesied that Jesus would die for the nation,
So alibonga hivi bila kutumia say yake' lakini akiwa priest sonkwo hiyo mwaka aliprophesy kuwa JC angededi ju ya the nation.

52.and not for that nation only, but also that He would gather together in one the children of God who were scattered abroad.

53.Then, from that day on, they plotted to put Him to death.
Kisha, toka hiyo day kuendelea, wakapanga kumwua.

54.Therefore Jesus no longer walked openly among the Jews, but went from there into the country near the wilderness, to a city called Ephraim, and there remained with His disciples.
Kwa hivo hata JC akaacha kutembea wazi wazi kati yawayahudi, lakini akaishia toka hapo akakitoa hadi ndani yajangwa, karibuna jiji moja iliitagwa Ephraim, akabakia hapo na wafuasi wake.

55.And the Passover of the Jews was near, and many went from the country up to Jerusalem before the Passover, to purify themselves.

56.Then they sought Jesus, and spoke among themselves as they stood in the temple, "What do you think--that He will not come to the feast?"
Kisha wakasaka JC, huku wakibonga kati yao wakisimama ndani ya hekalu,"Mnafikiria niaje-- kwani hatakam kwa paree?"

57.Now both the chief priests and the Pharisees had given a command, that if anyone knew where He was, he should report it, that they might seize Him.
Sa priests wale sonkwo na mafarisayo walikuwa washapeana orders ati yule mse alimesea JC ako wapi, apeane ripoti kwa gava, njo waishie wamshike.

John 10

Johnie Kinde - John 10

1."Most assuredly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.
"For real nawashow, ye mwenye haiingii kibanda cha kondo akipitia dooa, lakini anapanda juu through njia ingine, huyo huyo ni dingo na thegi.

2."But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
"Lakini mwenye anadonjo na dooa ye njo ni shepherd wa kondoo.

3."To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.
"Kwake watchie wa door anamfungulia, na kondoo zitaskia voice yake; na aki call kondoo zake na jina na kuwaongoza nje.

4."And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice.
"Na vile anazileta out sheep zake, anaishia mbele zao; na zile kondoo zinamfuata bumper, ju zinajua voice yake.

5."Yet they will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers."
"Ilhali haziezi wahi kwa njia yoyote fuata mse stranger, lakini zitamhepa, ju hazijui ma voices za ma strangers."

6.Jesus used this illustration, but they did not understand the things which He spoke to them.

7.Then Jesus said to them again, "Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep.

8. "All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them.
"Wale woote wamewahi kam before mimi walikuwa madingo na mathegi, lakini zile kondoo haziku waskiza.

9."I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.
"Mimi njo dooa. Ka mse yeyote ataingia na mimi, atasevika, na atakam ndani na kuishia nje na pia ataget nyasi.

10."The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
Dingo ye hakamigi kudo kitu ingine, ye hukam kusanya, kumada, na ku destroy. Nimekam njo mkuwe na life, na that mkuwe na life ingine bwaku, life mob.

11."I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep.
"Mi njo yule shepherd mpoa. Yule shepherd mpoa hugeiana life yake for the sheep.

12."But a hireling, he who is not the shepherd, one who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees; and the wolf catches the sheep and scatters them.
"Lakini jamaa wa mkono, ju ye sio shepherd, ye sio mwenye kondoo, akicheki mbweha inakam anaachaga kondoo anahepa; na ma wolf zinashika kondoo na kuziscatter.

13."The hireling flees because he is a hireling and does not care about the sheep.
"Jamaa wa mkono huhepa ju ye ni mse wa kibarua na hajali ju ya kondoo.

14."I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own.
"Mi njo yule mchungaji mpoa; na namesea kondoo zangu, na zangu pia zinanijua.

15."As the Father knows Me, even so I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep.
"Sa vile tu mbuyu ananijua, hivo pia najua mbuyu; na ninaweka down life yangu juu ya kondoo.

16."And other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear My voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd.
"Pia kondoo zingine niko nazo, lakini sio za zizi langu; wao pia lazima nilete, na wao pia wataskia voice yangu;na kutakuwa na rende moja ya kondoo na mchungaji mmoja.

17."Therefore My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life that I may take it again.
"Kwa ivo mbuyu wangu amenipenda, ju nimeweka down life yangu njo niichukue up tena.

18."No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This command I have received from My father."
"Hanaku mse anaitake from mimi, lakini naiwekadown mwenyewe. Niko na power yakuiweka down na power ya kuipick up tena. Na hii amri niligeiwa from mbuyuz wangu."

19.Therefore there was a division again among the Jews because of these sayings.

20.And many of them said, "He has a demon and is mad. Why do you listen to Him?"
Na wengi wao wakadai, "Ako na pepo manze alisha tuacha. Mbona mnamskizia?"

21.Others said, "These are not the words of one who has a demon. Can a demon open the eyes of the blind?"

22.Now it was the Feast of Dedication in Jerusalem, and it was winter.

23.And Jesus walked in the temple, in Solomon's porch.

24.Then the Jews surrounded Him and said to Him, "How long do You keep us in doubt? If You are the Christ, tell us plainly."
Wale wayahudi wakamzunguka na kumshow, "Hadi lini utatuweka tukishuku? Ka we njo the Christ tushow wazi wazi."

25.Jesus answered them, "I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in My Father's name, they bear witness of Me.

26."But you do not believe, because you are not of My sheep, as I said to you.
"Lakini hauniamini, ju nyi hamko kati ya ma kondoo zangu, vile niliwashow.

27."My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.
"Kondoo zangu zinaskia voice yangu, na ninawamesea, na wananifuata.

28."And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.
"Na ninawagei maisha ya foree, hawatawai perish; wala hanaku mse atawa snatch toka mikono zangu.

29."My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father's hand.
"Mbuyu wangu, mwenye aligeianwa kwangu, ni mbwaku kuliko wote; na hanaku mse anaweza kuwa snatch toka mikono za mbuyu wangu.

30."I and My Father are one."
"Mi na mbuyu wangu tuko one."

31.Then the Jews took up stones again to stone Him.
Kisha wale jews wakakwachu mawe tena kumpiga nazo.

32.Jesus answered them, "Many good works I have shown you from My Father. For which of those works do you stone Me?"
JC akawashow niaje, "vitu mob poa nimewashow toka kwa mbuyu wangu. Ni ju yagani ya hizo njo mnanipiga mawe?"

33.The Jews answered Him, saying, "For a good work we do not stone You, but for blasphemy, and because You, being a Man, make Yourself God."

34.Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your law, 'I said, "You are gods"'?
JC akawashow niaje, "Si imechorwa kwa sheria zenu, 'Nime say, "nyi ni sir godi"'?

35."If He called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be broken),
"Ka aliwaita wale sir godi, kwa wale word ya sir Godi ilikam (Na ujue maandiko haiwezi vunjwa),

36."do you say of Him whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, 'You are blaspheming,' because I said, 'I am the Son of God'?
"je, mnabonga ju ya yule mwenye mbuyu alimake mholy na kumsend ndani ya world, ati, 'Una blaspheme,' ju nilisema, 'Mi njo mtoi son wa sir Godi'?

37."If I do not do the works of My Father, do not believe Me;
Ka si do zile janta za mbuyu wangu, msiniamini;

38."but if I do, though you do not believe Me, believe the works, that you may know and believe that the Father is in Me, and I in Him."
"lakini niki do, hata ka hamniamini, amini zile works zangu, njo mtajua na kuamini kuwa mbuyu ako in mimi na mimi in yeye."

39.Therefore they sought again to seize Him, but He escaped out of their hand.

40.And He went away again beyond the Jordan to the place where John was baptizing at first, and there He stayed.

41.Then many came to Him and said, "John performed no sign, but all the things that John spoke about this Man were true."
Kisha wasee wengi wakamkamia wakamshow, "Johnie haku do signs, lakini vitu zote alikuwa amebonga huyu jamaa ilikuwa true."

42.And many believed in Him there.
Na wasee wengi wakambelieve pale pale.

John 9

Johnie flow ya tisa -John 9

1.As he went along, he saw a man blind from birth.
Sa vile alikuwa akiendanisha na baro, akacheki mse m-blind from ile day alizaliwa.

2.His disciples asked him, "Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?"
Wafuasi wake wakadai, "Rabbi, ebu tushow, nani alido madhambi, huyu mse ama mapero wake, njo hadi akazaliwa m-blind?"

3."Neither this man nor his parents sinned," said Jesus, "but this happened so that the work of God might be displayed in his life.
JC akawashow,"Sio huyu mse ama mapero wake ati njo walido sin, lakini ilihappen ivo njo works za sir Godi ziweze kuonekana wazi kwalife yake.

4.As long as it is day, we must do the work of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work.
Ju usiku inakam, ile time hanaku mse anaweza do janta.

5.While I am in the world, I am the light of the world."

6.Having said this, he spit on the ground, made some mud with the saliva, and put it on the man's eyes.

7."Go," he told him, "wash in the Pool of Siloam" (this word means Sent). So the man went and washed, and came home seeing.
Akamshow, "Niaje ishia uoge kwa ile pool iko Siloam (Hiyo word hu mean mwenye amesendiwa)." Kwa ivo jamaa akaishia akaoga, akarudi kejani akiwa anacheki poa.

8.His neighbors and those who had formerly seen him begging asked, "Isn't this the same man who used to sit and beg?"
Si huyu njo yule jamaa alikuwaga akipoleaga down kuomba?"

9.Some claimed that he was.Others said, "No, he only looks like him." But he himself insisted, "I am the man."
Wengine wakadai ni yeye. Wengine wakakwara,"Zii! Anakaa tu kama yeye." Lakini ye mwenyewe akadai na bidii,"Ni mi huyo mse."

10."How then were your eyes opened?" they demanded.
Wakauliza , "So basi, macho zako ziliopen aje?"

11.He replied, "The man they call Jesus made some mud and put it on my eyes. He told me to go to Siloam and wash. So I went and washed, and then I could see."
Akajibu, "Aah! Manze yule boy wanaitaga Jesus alikam akaunda matope kiasi na akaiweka kwa macho yangu. Kisha akanishow niishie hadi Siloam kunawa. So vile nili go nanikaoga, ivo tu nikaanza kucheki."

12."Where is this man?" they asked him."I don't know," he said.
Wakamwuliza niaje, "Huyu jamaa ako where?" Akawajibu "Simesei."

13.They brought to the Pharisees the man who had been blind.
Wakampeleka yule jamaa alizaliwa blind kwa mafarisayo.

14.Now the day on which Jesus had made the mud and opened the man's eyes was a Sabbath.

15.Therefore the Pharisees also asked him how he had received his sight. "He put mud on my eyes," the man replied, "and I washed, and now I see."
Kwa hivo wale mapharisayo pia wakadai a do demo ya vile aliget sight yake.

16.Some of the Pharisees said, "This man is not from God, for he does not keep the Sabbath." But others asked, "How can a sinner do such miraculous signs?" So they were divided.
Wengine wa wale wadhii walikuwa hapo wakadai, "Huyu mse hatoki kwa sir Godi, ju ha keep the sabbath." Lakini wengine wakaulizana, "Kwani, mtu gani wa gizani anaweza ku pull ma miracles ka hizi?" Kwa hivyo wakabaki wamedivide ika.

17.Finally they turned again to the blind man, "What have you to say about him? It was your eyes he opened."The man replied, "He is a prophet."
Mwishowe wakapinduka ivi back kwa yule guy m-blind wakamwuliza, "We una stori gani ju yake? Si ni macho zako njo alifungua." Jamaa akadai, "Manze huyo guy ni prophet."

18.The Jews still did not believe that he had been blind and had received his sight until they sent for the man's parents.
Wale jews bado hawakuamini that ati alikuwaga m-blind na ati ali get sight yake, hadi wakatumanisha mapero wake waitwe.

19."Is this your son?" they asked. "Is this the one you say was born blind? How is it that now he can see?"
Wakadai, "Huyu ni mkidi wenu? Huyu njo mnasay alizaliwa blind? Niaje tena sasa anacheki?"

20."We know he is our son," the parents answered, "and we know he was born blind.

21.But how he can see now, or who opened his eyes, we don't know. Ask him. He is of age; he will speak for himself."
Lakini as to vile sa anaweza cheki, ama ati ni nani alimfungua macho, hatumesei. Mwulizeni by the way.

22.His parents said this because they were afraid of the Jews, for already the Jews had decided that anyone who acknowledged that Jesus was the Christ would be put out of the synagogue.
Maperoz wake walisema ivo ju walikuwa wamegwaya sababu ya wayahudi, ju tayari wayahudi walikuwa wamekata kesi ati mse any mwenye ata confess ati JC njo kristo angechujwa nje ya synagogue.

23.That was why his parents said, "He is of age; ask him."

24.A second time they summoned the man who had been blind. "Give glory to God," they said. "We know this man is a sinner."
Mara ya mbe jamaa alikuwa amezaliwa blind aka summoniwa. "Peana Glory kwa sir Godi. "Tunamesea huyu jamaa ni wa gizani."

25.He replied, "Whether he is a sinner or not, I don't know. One thing I do know. I was blind but now I see!"
Akawajibu, "Ka ni mse wa gizani ama not simesei. Kitu moja najua lakini. Nilikuwa mblind lakini sasa ninache-ninacheki!"

26.Then they asked him, "What did he do to you? How did he open your eyes?"
Kisha wakamwuliza, 'Kwani alido nini kwako? Alifunguaje macho yako?"

27.He answered, "I have told you already and you did not listen. Why do you want to hear it again? Do you want to become his disciples, too?"
Akawashow niaje, "Nimewashow tayari na hamkuskiza. Kwa nini mnawant kuskia tena? Ama mnadai kuwa disciples wake pia?"

28.Then they hurled insults at him and said, "You are this fellow's disciple! We are disciples of Moses!
Kisha hapo wakamtusi vimeja na kumshow, "We njo ni mfuasi wa this jamaa! Si ni disciples wa Mose!

29.We know that God spoke to Moses, but as for this fellow, we don't even know where he comes from."
Tunamesea that sir Godi alibonga na Mose, lakini huyu jamaa, hatumesei hata place alitokezea from."

30.The man answered, "Now that is remarkable! You don't know where he comes from, yet he opened my eyes.

31.We know that God does not listen to sinners. He listens to the godly man who does his will.
Tunamesea that sir Godi haskizangi ma sinners. Ye huskiza tu yule mse Godly ana do vile sir Godi anataka.

32.Nobody has ever heard of opening the eyes of a man born blind.
Hakuna mse amewahi skia about macho za mse blind kufunguliwa.

33.If this man were not from God, he could do nothing."
Ka huyu mse hangekuwa from sir Godi, ange do nothing."

34.To this they replied, "You were steeped in sin at birth; how dare you lecture us!" And they threw him out.
Ju ya hizi vibes wakareply, "Ulizaliwa ukiwa umesoak-iwa in sin toka utotoni; unawezaje dare kutu lecture hapa!" Na wakamchuja nje.

35.Jesus heard that they had thrown him out, and when he found him, he said, "Do you believe in the Son of Man?"
JC akaskia ati walikuwa wamemchuja nje, so vile alimpata, akamshow,"Una amini in the son of man?"

36."Who is he, sir?" the man asked. "Tell me so that I may believe in him."
Jamaa akauliza, "Ye njo nani, boss? Nishow njo at least niamini in him."

37.Jesus said, "You have now seen him; in fact, he is the one speaking with you."
JC akadai niaje, "Ushamcheki; in fact, ye njo mwenye anabonga na wewe."

38.Then the man said, "Lord, I believe," and he worshiped him.
Kisha jamaa akajibu, "Lord, mi naamini," akamworship.

39.Jesus said, "For judgment I have come into this world, so that the blind will see and those who see will become blind."

40.Some Pharisees who were with him heard him say this and asked, "What? Are we blind too?"
Mapharisee wengine wenye walikuwa na yeye walimskia akibonga hivi na kuuliza, "Ati what? Tuko blind pia sisi?"

41.Jesus said, "If you were blind, you would not be guilty of sin; but now that you claim you can see, your guilt remains.
JC akasema, "Ka mko blind, hamngekuwa guilty ju ya dhambi; lakini sasa vile mnadai mnaweza cheki, guilt yenu inabaki.

John 8

Johnie Namba Nane -John 8

1.But Jesus went to the Mount of Olives.
Lakini JC akaishia up hadi Mlima Olives.

2.At dawn he appeared again in the temple courts, where all the people gathered around him, and he sat down to teach them.

3.The teachers of the law and the Pharisees brought in a woman caught in adultery. They made her stand before the group
Ma odijo wa sheria na wale mafarisayo wakaleta ndani manzi fulani alikuwa amepatikana akigawa. Wakamfanya asimame mbele ya ile rende

4.and said to Jesus, "Teacher, this woman was caught in the act of adultery.
alafu wakshow JC, "Teacher, huyu manzi alipatikana akiwa in the act ya kukuta vitu.

5.In the Law Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now what do you say?"
Kwa sheria Mose alitupea orders ati suchwomen lazima wapigwe mawe. Sa we unasema aje ju ya hiyo stori?"

6.They were using this question as a trap, in order to have a basis for accusing him.But Jesus bent down and started to write on the ground with his finger.

7.When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, "If any one of you is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone at her."
Vile walizidi kumwuliza maswali, akastraighten upalafu akawashow, "ka kuna mse any mwenye hana dhambi, basi wacha awe wa fao kumrushia jiwe huyu manzi."

8.Again he stooped down and wrote on the ground.
Akainama tena akazidi kuchora down kwa grao.

9.At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there.
Ju ya iyo, wale wadhii waliskia wakaanza kuishia one at a time, wale wazae kwanza, hadi JC pekee akabaki na yeye peke yake, huyo manzi akiwa bado amesimama hapo.

10.Jesus straightened up and asked her, "Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?"
JC akastraighten up tena nakumwuliza, "Madam, wako wapi? Hakuna mse mwenye amekujudge?"

11."No one, sir," she said."Then neither do I condemn you," Jesus declared. "Go now and leave your life of sin."
Manzi akabonga,"Hakuna mse boss," JC akadeclare, "Hata mimi basi sikuhukumu.Ishia na usare ile maisha ya madhambi."

12.When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."
13.The Pharisees challenged him, "Here you are, appearing as your own witness; your testimony is not valid."
Wale mafarisayo wakamdunga challenge, "We uko hapa, umejisimamia ka witness wako mwenyewe; so testimony yako haikubaliki."

14.Jesus answered, "Even if I testify on my own behalf, my testimony is valid, for I know where I came from and where I am going. But you have no idea where I come from or where I am going.

15.You judge by human standards; I pass judgment on no one.
Mna judge mkitumia human standards;mi hata si judge mse yeyote.

16.But if I do judge, my decisions are right, because I am not alone. I stand with the Father, who sent me.
Lakini nikijudge, decisions zangu ziko poa jua, siko solo.Nasimama na mbuyu, mwenye alinisend.

17.In your own Law it is written that the testimony of two men is valid.
Kwa sheria yenu wenyewe imeandikwa that testimony ya wase wawili njo imestand kukubalika.

18.I am one who testifies for myself; my other witness is the Father, who sent me."
amenisend."

19.Then they asked him, "Where is your father?" "You do not know me or my Father," Jesus replied. "If you knew me, you would know my Father also."
Kisha wakamwuliza, "Wapi mbuyu wako?"

20.He spoke these words while teaching in the temple area near the place where the offerings were put. Yet no one seized him, because his time had not yet come.
Lakini hakuna mse alimshika, ju timeyake haikuwa imefika.
21.Once more Jesus said to them, "I am going away, and you will look for me, and you will die in your sin. Where I go, you cannot come."
Place naishia, hamwezi kam."

22.This made the Jews ask, "Will he kill himself? Is that why he says, 'Where I go, you cannot come'?"
Hii ikafanya wayahudi wadai, "Kwani atacommit suicide? Kwani, can hiyo be the reason kwa nini anasema, "place naishia, hamwezi kam'?"

23.But he continued, "You are from below; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world.

24.I told you that you would die in your sins; if you do not believe that I am the one I claim to be,you will indeed die in your sins."
Niliwashow kuwa mta dedi in your sins; ka hamuamini thatmi njo theone na caim o be, for sure mtadedi in your sins."

25."Who are you?" they asked."Just what I have been claiming all along," Jesus replied.
Wakamwuliza,"we ni nani?" Akawashow,"Ni vile tu nimekuwa nikidai all along,"

26."I have much to say in judgment of you. But he who sent me is reliable, and what I have heard from him I tell the world."
"Nina much ya kubonga kama judgement yenu. Lakini yule mwenye alinituma yuko reliable,na chenye nimeskia toka kwake mi nashow world."

27.They did not understand that he was telling them about his Father.
Hawakunyita chenyealikuwa akiwashow kumhusu mbuyuz wake.

28.So Jesus said, "When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am the one I claim to be and that I do nothing on my own but speak just what the Father has taught me.
So JC akasei, "Vile mtainua mtoi chali wa adam juu, hapo njo mtamesea that mimi ni yule nimekuwa nikidai kuwa na that sifanyi anything kwamy own lakini nabonga just chenye mbuyu amenifunza.

29.The one who sent me is with me; he has not left me alone, for I always do what pleases him."
kinampendeza."

30.Even as he spoke, many put their faith in him.
Hatavile alizidi kubonga, wengi waliweka faitha yao ndani yake.

31.To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, "If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples.
Kwa wale ma jewa wenye walikuwa wamemwamini, JC akadai, "mkishikilia on to teachings za mine, basi nyi njo wale disciples wa reali.

32.Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."
Kisha hapo mtamesea the truth, na alafu the truth itawafanya muwe huru."

33.They answered him, "We are Abraham's descendants and have never been slaves of anyone. How can you say that we shall be set free?"
So unawezaje dai ati tutawekwa free?"

34.Jesus replied, "I tell you the truth, everyone who sins is a slave to sin.
JCakawajibu, "Nawashow ukweli, kilamsee mwenye ana do dhambi ako a slave kwa dhambi.

35.Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it forever.

36.So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.
Kwa hivo son akikuweka free, utakuwa free kabisa.

37.I know you are Abraham's descendants. Yet you are ready to kill me, because you have no room for my word.

38.I am telling you what I have seen in the Father's presence, and you do what you have heard from your father."

39."Abraham is our father," they answered."If you were Abraham's children," said Jesus, "then you would do the things Abraham did.
Wakajibu, "Abraham njo mbuyuz wetu." JC akasema, "Ka nyi ni watoi wa Abraham, basi mnge do zile vitu Abraham ali do.

40.As it is, you are determined to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God. Abraham did not do such things.
Lakini vile iko saa hii, mmejitolea vilivyo kunimaliza, mse mwenye amewadunga realli that nimeskia from sir Godi.Abraham hange do vitu ka hizo.

41.You are doing the things your own father does." "We are not illegitimate children," they protested. "The only Father we have is God himself."
na do zile vitu mbuyuwenu hu do." wakazusha wakisema,"Si sio watoi wa nje, yule mbuyuz pekee mwenye tuko naye ni sir Godi mwenyewe."

42.Jesus said to them, "If God were your Father, you would love me, for I came from God and now am here. I have not come on my own; but he sent me.
JC akawashow, "Ka sir Godi ni mbuyuz wenu, mngenipenda, ju nilitoka fro sir Godi na sasa niko asapa. Sijakam kwa niaba yangu mwenyewe; lakini amenisend.

43.Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say.
Mbona lugha yangu bado haieleweki kwenu vi clear? Ju bado mmeshindwa kuniskia chenye
nabonga.

44.You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.
Mna belong kwa mbuyuz wenu, the devil, na mnataka ku do mapenzi ya mbuyuz wenu. Ye alikuwa murderer from beginning, bila kushikilia ukweli, ju hanaku ukweli in him. Akidanganya, anabonga mother tongue yake, ju he is a liar na ni mbuyu wa uongo.

45.Yet because I tell the truth, you do not believe me!
Yet ju nawashow ukweli,hamuniamini!

46.Can any of you prove me guilty of sin? If I am telling the truth, why don't you believe me?
Kuna any of you anaweza ku prove niko guilty na dhambi? Ka nawashow ukweli basi, mbona bado hamniamini?

47.He who belongs to God hears what God says. The reason you do not hear is that you do not belong to God."
